Happy Monster Club is a webhop that creates and sells products for kids. Our focus is on unique quality products. All our products are made in-house, designed and printed in Belgium or Europe.

We are located in Belgium, Ghent. We do not have a physical store, our products can only be obtained through our webshop.

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, United States. Is the desired country not in the list and would you like to order our products? Let us know and we will see what we can do for you.

We will try to ship your order as soon as possible. After we receive your payment, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. After this, a shipment takes:

• one day within Belgium
• 1 to 3 days to Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland or Italy
• 3 to 7 days to the United States

The shipping price will appear in your shopping cart after you have selected the country where you want to receive the parcel.

In addition to shipping your order, you can also pick up your order at our office in Ghent (region Nieuw Gent - UZ), Belgium. This way you don't have to pay shipping costs. As soon as your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange the pick up.

You can pay with bancontact or credit card (Visa, Amex or Mastercard).

Our t-shirts are available for children from 3 to 11 years old, from size 98 to 144. Not sure about the size? You can find detailed information for a perfect fit on the product page of each t-shirt.

Because we work with the silkscreen printing technique, the size of the print is the same with every t-shirt size.

Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we consciously choose sustainable materials. Our shirts are 100% organic cotton from the brand Stanley/Stella, printed with water-based ink using the silkscreen technique. Our cuddly toys are made of 100% virgin wool and meet the requirements of the EU standard EN 71 for the safety of toys. Our stickers and magnets are printed with high-resolution inkjet printers (1440 ppi), with a matt laminate layer for optimum durability. The print of our stickers and magnets is resistant to strong sunlight, wind and rain.

Always wash the garment with the same colours. Do not wash the garment warmer than the temperature indicated on the label, i.e. 30°. Turn your t-shirt inside out before washing or ironing. Do not put this garment in the dryer.

If the product does not fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. Only products in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned. As soon as the product is returned, the purchase price will be refunded. The costs for returning the product are paid by the customer. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.
